GREENVILLE, SC – June 2011 – Dimples Howell of Sullivan Company LLC has been awarded the professional insurance designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) by the Society of Certified Insurance Representatives. She joins a growing number of committed and qualified professionals across the United States. To become a CISR, individuals must attend five comprehensive courses covering all the major areas of today's insurance business and pass five rigorous examinations.

Once an individual has achieved the designation, they agree to meet an annual continuing education requirement in order to have the most current and practical information in an ever-changing industry.  Additionally, the CISR subscribes to a higher standard of customer service as defined by the Society's Guiding Principles.
