Today Cox Media Group Greenville announced the promotion of Karolyn Bryant to the position of General Sales Manager. Ms. Bryant was named Local Sales Manager in September 2010. She joined CMG Greenville as an Account Executive in 2006. Ms. Bryant came to CMG Greenville from Syracuse, NY, where she began as a promotions intern in 1999 and held positions including Promotions Assistant, Receptionist, Sales Assistant, Traffic Director, Promotions Liaison and Account Executive. She earned a BA degree in Broadcasting and Mass Media from the State University of New York at Oswego.

Ms. Bryant is active in the community and has volunteered with Big Brother/Big Sister, Habitat for Humanity, Hands on Greenville, Meals on Wheels, and the American Diabetes Association and Susan G. Komen walks.

“Karolyn has been a top performer with every position she’s held. She’s a terrific leader, knows how to recruit and train a top flight staff and knows how to help clients create and execute marketing plans that work.
